Shivani is an AHPRA registered physiotherapist that graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia in 2016, now working at our Mount Lawley practice. She has a strong interest in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, particularly neck and lower back pain.

Shivani’s fascination of the human body and how it works has made her passionate about helping people in need, to make a positive change in their lives. A smile on their face puts a smile on her face. She is friendly, welcoming, warm, and open, making people feel at home. She treats her clients with esteem for their worth and excellence, providing care meaningful to the individual to improve their quality of life. Shivani has a strong focus on the client’s specific needs, preferences, interests to motivate them to achieve their short and long-term goals.

Shivani is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure all assessments and treatments are effective and up to date with the evidence-based literature, to optimise the client’s functional capacity and to minimise future injury recurrence. She provides a holistic approach, to guide clients to promote autonomy and self-care, and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Shivani is energetic and is very passionate about travelling to different countries, to learn about new cultures, experiencing it like a local. As well as English, she speaks French and Gujurati fluently, and knows basic Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. When she is in Perth, she loves exploring W.A.’s hidden hiking and swimming spots. She loves being outdoors in nature – especially at the beach! Shivani is a social butterfly and enjoys spending time with family and friends, and meeting new people. She likes trying new things, and getting out of her comfort zone to push herself, mentally and physically. She is spiritual in nature, and reads personal development books to be her best self, positively encouraging others to lead their best happy and healthy life too. Her uplifting attitude is contagious!
