Passion for helping her clients move towards their best quality of life through effective exercise programs and healthy lifestyle behaviors. Since completing a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Notre Dame, she has experience working in both the public and private sectors, where she has assisted many clients in achieving their fitness and rehabilitation goals. Her experience includes working with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, before and after rehabilitation for joint replacements, and various cardiovascular conditions. She also has 3 years experience working for a WAFL club, where she assisted in the strength and conditioning programs and assisting the physiotherapists in managing various sporting injuries.
In her spare time, she enjoys keeping fit and healthy, exploring the outdoors and days at the beach with family and friends. She is also currently studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Curtin University.
