After falling in love with Pilates in 2012 Mel pursued her passion & completed her Cert IV in Pilates through Breathe Education in 2017.

Mel’s teaching philosophy is to build strength through mindful movement using correct technique on the reformer. Her classes are positive and relaxed while ensuring the clients are challenged and demonstrating accurate form. She’s all about having fun while you workout.

Mel has a passion for fitness, strength training and motivating people to achieve their goals. If she’s not at the gym you will find her at the beach!
