Super Greens Smoothie Bowl


Smoothie bowl recipe of goodness

Ingredients |

  • Coconut water 250ml
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of Happy Physio Super Greens Powder
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • Blueberries (optional)
  • Wheatgerm (optional for extra protein & fibre)

Method |

Blend all the above ingredients.  The smoothie should have a thick consistency (you may need to add extra avocado).

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.  Add the following on top:

  • Oats/Granola
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Sliced strawberries
