We are huge fans of juices and smoothies here at Happy Physio.  One of the key aspects to consider when making your own at home is to use a juicer/blender that will keep a large proportion of the actual fruits and vegetables inside the drink.  So in other words – there shouldn’t be any wastage left over as this is where you get some of the greatest nutritional benefits which in turn provides you with energy to last you throughout the day 😉
