TWO Ingredient Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 Bananas (one for topping)

2 Eggs

Coconut Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Mash, mix and blend one banana and two eggs together (if you have a magic bullet or a wiz stick this is perfect).
  2. Heat up frying pan with coconut oil and cook.
  3. Serve! Add chopped banana on top with a drizzle of honey if you desire. Or get creative and add blueberries or strawberries.
