Courtney is a passionate Physiotherapist who enjoys helping people achieve their goals. With a strong interest in Womens Health, Courtney loves sharing the journey with her clients, especially through the pre and post partum period. Courtney loves spending time with loved ones and soaking up the beautiful sunshine and coastline.

Courtney moved to Perth from Kalgoorlie-Boulder to study a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Notre Dame Fremantle, after developing a deep interest in sport injuries and the rehabilitation process Courtney then went on to complete a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Courtney is fascinated by the mechanics of the human body, and loves helping people learn how to use the most amazing machine of all, their own body.

The key women’s health areas Courtney helps regularly include chronic shoulder and spine pain, incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and mastitis. With the use of our Real Time Ultrasound machine, Courtney provides accurate diagnosis for pelvic floor problems, muscle strains and tears, and swelling. Do you suffer from urinary incontinence? As an athlete growing up and now a driven health and fitness provider, Courtney has been obsessed with health and well-being her whole life. Courtney is a lover of all movement and was a passionate dancer for 18 years, with a love for Irish and tap dancing; she understands how great it feels to be at your optimum and wants to help people live their best life possible.

Courtney loves being a part of a team and has worked with local Rugby Union and Australian Rules Football teams, as well as a strength and conditioning coach for the Warrior Cricket development program. Her key passions are in women’s health and sports physiotherapy.
