A sudden fall could cause a fracture on the wrist and as a safety precaution, players are reminded to always brace themselves at all times.

  1. Back Injury– this injury frequently happen because of the posture of players which sometimes lead to overstretching or pulling the back muscles, spraining or straining them and in worst cases, fracturing the bones. To avoid this from happening, players are advised to stretch their hip muscles before starting the game to avoid shock. They are encouraged to maintain a healthy weight and to always lift objects with proper back and leg support.
